Due to the perishable nature of our crystal candies, Silky Gem does not accept returns or exchanges for food items once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

    Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping label to provide as evidence.

    Email our customer care department with your order number and the attached photos to request a replacement or credit.

    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval status for a reshipment or refund.
